Pumping Unit for Mechanical Oil Production

The image shows a Pumping Unit (beam pumping unit) during the manufacturing or assembly stage in a production workshop.
It is the primary surface equipment used for mechanical oil production, designed to drive a sucker rod pump that lifts crude oil fr om the well to the surface.
Main components:
Walking Beam – the long horizontal steel beam.
Horsehead – the curved front section wh ere the cable or polished rod is attached.
Base Frame – the supporting structure on which the equipment is mounted.
Drive and Gearbox Mounting Area – at this stage of assembly, the electric motor, gearbox, and crank mechanism have not yet been installed.
