Forming Rolls for Electric-Welded Pipe Production
Description
Forming rolls are designed for the forming and production of electric-welded and profile pipes. The rolls are manufactured from high-strength X12MF tool steel and its European equivalent, 1.2379 steel. The rolls are produced in accordance with the customer’s technical requirements and drawings and undergo heat treatment with hardening to HRC 58–63, ensuring high wear resistance, strength, and long service life.
We manufacture rolls for VGP, electric-welded, and profile pipes in various sizes. Custom design of forming tools is available to meet specific equipment requirements and production needs.
We also provide restoration and refurbishment services for worn rolls, helping to extend their service life and reduce the costs associated with purchasing new tooling.
