Description
This highly effective, ready-to-use primer is engineered for the deep reinforcement of porous, crumbling, and chalky building substrates on walls and floors. Being completely free of organic solvents, the formula is environmentally safe and odorless. By penetrating deeply into the substrate structure, it securely binds loose particles, evens out surface absorption, and creates a water-resistant transparent barrier, substantially increasing the quality and service life of subsequent paints, adhesives, or plasters.
