Description

The automatic edge banding machine is designed for edging straight edges of panel materials with roll-fed ABS and PVC edge banding, as well as strip edge materials up to 3 mm thick.
The machine performs a range of operations, including jointing, preheating, edge pressing, end trimming, scraping, milling and polishing. It is designed for processing panels with a thickness of 12–60 mm and minimum dimensions of 120 × 80 mm. Feed speed is up to 16 m/min, working pressure is 0.6 MPa, and total power is 12 kW.
Overall dimensions: 1100 × 4150 × 1450 mm; machine weight: 1360 kg.
