Description
The ZOS MODUL GT Grease Trap is designed to remove fats, oils, and grease from wastewater be-fore it enters sewer networks or treatment facilities. The system is widely used in food processing plants, commercial kitchens, res-taurants, and other facilities gen-erating grease-contaminated effluent. Its design features a three-chamber food-grade poly-propylene tank equipped with a system of baffles and overflow sections that ensure efficient grease separation.
