Represents the development of an entrepreneurial business with more than 10 years of experience in the footwear trade, followed by a transition to in-house manufacturing. The practical expertise gained over the years enables the company to accurately identify market needs and develop a product range that meets customer demand. A distinctive feature of the project is the establishment of its own manufacturing facility in the village of Aitei, Karasai District, Almaty Region. The production workshop was built entirely using the entrepreneur's own funds, demonstrating a high level of commitment, financial stability, and a long-term vision for business development. The project is focused on the production of affordable and practical footwear, including galoshes, rubber slippers, boots, and other products that are widely used by different groups of consumers, particularly in rural areas and regions with variable climatic conditions.
