TarazKozhObuv LLP is a major manufacturer of leather goods and leather footwear. It is currently the only enterprise in Kazakhstan with such an extensive product range. The production facility is equipped with state-of-the-art Italian machinery, as well as German-made Desma injection-molding units for producing soles using the direct-injection attachment method. — The Desma PU/TPU unit produces dual-component polyurethane/thermoplastic polyurethane (PU/TPU) soles that are lightweight and highly wear-resistant, as well as oil- and fuel-resistant, capable of withstanding temperatures ranging from -45°C to +150°C; — The Desma rubber (NBR/SBR) unit produces high-quality rubber soles using a hot vulcanization process, resulting in soles that offer excellent shock absorption, elasticity, and resistance to wear, oil, and fuel, while withstanding temperatures from -45°C up to +300°C (for short periods). The annual production capacity of the footwear facility is 500,000 pairs of shoes, utilizing both injection-molding and adhesive attachment methods.
