EURASIAINVEST LTD LLP is Kazakhstan's leading producer of freeze-dried mare's milk under the SAUMAL® brand. The company specializes in horse breeding, crop production, and the advanced processing of mare's milk using modern German technologies. The project is unique in Kazakhstan and is one of the few freeze-dried mare's milk production facilities in the world. Its products are intended for the functional nutrition, medical nutrition, and baby food markets and have strong export potential. The production process is fully mechanized and includes gentle pasteurization, vacuum freeze-drying without the use of preservatives, and multi-stage laboratory quality control. This technology preserves the natural properties of mare's milk to the greatest extent possible. Approximately 10 liters of fresh mare's milk are required to produce 1 kilogram of SAUMAL® freeze-dried milk, while airtight vacuum packaging ensures long-term preservation of its quality.
