Yield enhancement
Water is delivered directly to the root system, minimizing evaporation and weed growth
Import substitution
The plant's products offer an affordable domestic alternative to foreign analogues for Kazakhstani farms

描述

Drip tape is a thin-walled, flexible tube made of high-quality polyethylene, designed for measured and uniform root watering of plants. KORDAI AGROTECH LLC's products are manufactured using continuous extrusion and feature emitter (drip) tape, the most reliable and technologically advanced solution in agriculture.
Technical Specifications and Structure
The drip tape's design is designed to ensure an uninterrupted water supply to fields of any length:
• Built-in emitters (drippers): Flat labyrinth drippers are embedded within the tape at regular intervals. These emitters create turbulent water flows, preventing clogging and the settling of solids.
• Wall Thickness (MIL): Varies from 6 to 15 mils (0.15 – 0.38 mm). Thin tapes (6-8 mil) are used for annual crops on soft soils, while thicker tapes (10-15 mil) are used for perennial crops, rocky soils, and to protect against mechanical damage by birds or rodents.
• Emitter spacing (pitch): 10, 20, 30, or 40 cm. The spacing depends on the crop planting pattern (e.g., 10-20 cm for greens and carrots, 30-40 cm for tomatoes, cucumbers, and potatoes).
• Water flow: Each emitter precisely doses the water flow (usually 1.0 to 2.0 liters per hour), ensuring an equal volume of moisture at both the beginning and end of the irrigation line.
Physical and chemical properties of the material
• UV stabilization: Special carbon black additives are added to the polyethylene. They protect the plastic from degradation under direct sunlight and extend the life of the tape in open ground.
• Elasticity and durability: The material is resistant to daily temperature fluctuations, stretching, and internal hydraulic pressure (the operating pressure averages 0.5 to 1.2 bar).
• Chemical inertness: The tape does not react with chemicals, allowing for fertigation—the delivery of soluble mineral fertilizers directly to plant roots along with water.
Operational benefits
• Uniform irrigation: Prevents under- or over-watering of certain areas of the garden bed.
• Weed and disease protection: Water is delivered only to the root zone. Row spacing remains dry, reducing weed growth and preventing fungal diseases on the leaves.
• Resource savings: Water loss due to evaporation is reduced to a minimum, and energy costs (pumping stations) are reduced due to the low operating pressure in the system.
