Key technical characteristics
• Linear density (TEX): Available in a range from 1300 TEX to 2200 TEX. The primary standard for hay and straw harvesting is 2200 TEX (1 kg contains approximately 450 meters of thread).
• Breaking load: High tensile strength (from 90 kgf and above, depending on thickness). This ensures that knots will not untie or burst under high-density bale compression.
• Elongation at break: At least 20%, ensuring the necessary elasticity of the twine during transportation and storage of finished bales.
• Light stabilization (UV protection): Special UV stabilizers are added to the raw material. The twine does not deteriorate, crumble, or lose strength under direct sunlight when stored outdoors.
