Description

Amaranth microgreens are part of the MICROGREENS KZ range and consist of young edible shoots. They are grown using a dedicated growing substrate, filtered water and quality seeds, without GMOs or chemical agents. The microgreens are supplied live in 14 × 18 cm trays. The product can be used for garnishing and preparing salads, appetizers and other restaurant dishes.
