Production of electrical distribution and control equipment
Description
Functional Description and Purpose of Key Lines
1. Complete Transformer Substations (CTS)
These are ready-to-install modular structures that safely step down high grid voltage to household levels.
• Purpose: Receiving high-voltage current (6–10 kV) from the utility grid, transforming it to 0.4 kV, and distributing it to end consumers.
• Design: Enclosed all-metal or modular enclosure (kiosk, dead-end, or pass-through type CTS). The enclosure is divided into isolated compartments: high-voltage (HV), transformer, and low-voltage (LV).
• Application: Cottage communities, construction sites, farms, production facilities, and housing and communal services development areas. 2. Single-sided service prefabricated enclosures (KSO series)
These are rigid metal cabinets (cubicles) that are mounted in-line inside enclosed distribution centers.
• Purpose: Switching, protection, and sectioning of high-voltage cable lines in 6–10 kV networks.
• Design: Single-sided service metal structure—all controls, meters, switches, and earthing switches are accessible only from the front, significantly saving space inside the enclosure. They are equipped with inspection windows for visual inspection of the disconnector blades.
• Application: Urban distribution networks, substations of large plants, and traction substations for transport.
3. Low-voltage switchgear assemblies (LVSAs, MGShs, VRUs, SHAVRs)
These are distribution boards, panels, and power cabinets that manage electrical energy directly inside buildings. • Purpose: Protection of internal power lines from short-circuit currents, power distribution across floors/shops, and automatic load control.
• Design: Floor- or wall-mounted cabinets with an internal false panel or covers to prevent accidental contact with busbars. Available with electronic or inductive energy meters and automatic transfer switch controllers upon request.
• Applications: Administrative buildings, residential complexes, server rooms, pumping stations, and automated production lines.
4. Load-bearing metal structures and cable routes
Products from the company's prefabrication and welding shops, used as a basis for electrical installation.
• Purpose: Formation of safe routes for high- and low-current cables, as well as protection of equipment from external influences. • Design: Perforated and blind metal trays, mounting racks, brackets, as well as empty process housings (cabinet shells) with high corrosion resistance.
