The company began its operations in 2018 with the establishment of a research and development laboratory in Almaty focused on developing and patenting advanced chemical solutions for industrial applications. In 2024, the company commissioned its own production facility in the Aktau Seaport Special Economic Zone, with an annual production capacity exceeding 20,000 tons. The core business of BASECHEM LLP includes the development, production, and supply of specialized chemical reagents and chemical products for the oil and gas, petrochemical, mining, metallurgical, and pulp and paper industries, as well as for industrial and municipal water treatment and wastewater treatment systems. The company manufactures oilfield chemicals, water treatment chemicals, metal treatment chemicals, and other specialized chemical products, supplying both the domestic market of Kazakhstan and international export markets.
