Description
PPGI product combines Hot Dip Galvanized steel and different paint systems for superior corrosion resistance. Prior to painting, we carefully prepare the base metal to ensure good adhesion and continuity of paint. Not only does the PPGI impart beauty to the end product, it also lasts much longer than ordinary steel thus decreasing the life cycle cost making it the ideal choice for prestigious buildings and projects.
Inner diameter of the roll 600±10 mm or 508±10 mm, raw edge. Specific dimensions are agreed upon during contract execution. Type of coating - paint polyester, epoxy. Type of coating - single-sided, double-sided, single-layer, multilayer. Coating color is selected on the basis of RAL Classic or RAL Design color sample catalogs.
