Description

Reinforced concrete non-pressure pipes with a bell-and-spigot joint system are strong and durable products widely used for the construction of gravity-flow systems. They are designed to transport domestic and industrial liquids, including wastewater and stormwater, using the natural gradient of the pipeline. These pipes are characterized by high strength, low susceptibility to sediment buildup, and resistance to aggressive environmental conditions, allowing them to maintain a stable flow rate over a long service life.

Application:
The pipes are widely used in the construction of drainage and water disposal systems, sewerage and stormwater drainage systems, as well as in hydraulic structures such as embankments and dams. Due to their resistance to significant mechanical loads, reinforced concrete pipes are installed beneath roads and railways. A special joint system enables them to effectively withstand seismic loads of up to 10 points, making them suitable for regions with high seismic activity.

Specifications:
- Material: Heavy concrete grade B30 (M400) and above, providing resistance to moisture (watertightness W8) and frost (F200).
- Joint: Bell-and-spigot joint with rubber sealing rings, minimizing the risk of leakage and improving tightness.
- Durability: Service life of up to 50–70 years, even under conditions of high humidity and significant temperature fluctuations.
