Production of plastic sheets, tire tubes and profiles

1. Plastic films (Agriculture and construction)
The plant is the only enterprise in Kazakhstan capable of producing polyethylene sheets up to 10 meters wide without seams by three-layer co-extrusion.
2. Polyethylene geomembrane (Waterproofing)
High-strength roll-type insulating material made from high-density and low-density primary polyethylene (HDPE).
• Purpose: To create completely waterproof screens during the construction of artificial reservoirs, channels, reservoirs, manure storage facilities, as well as insulating layers at landfills of solid household waste (MSW).
• Properties: Absolute resistance to rot, aggressive chemical media (acids, alkalis), punctures and ultraviolet radiation.
3. Industrial polypropylene packaging and packaging
The plant covers the needs of farms and trading companies in durable turntable containers for packing crops and bulk cargoes.
• Polypropylene bags (for 50 kg): Made from primary polypropylene. They have a high weave density and tensile strength. They are divided into food (for flour, sugar, grain) and technical (for construction debris, chemicals).
• Vegetable mesh (mesh bag): Designed for automated and manual packing of potatoes, onions, carrots, cabbage. The mesh structure provides constant ventilation, preventing burning and extending the shelf life of vegetables.
4. Polypropylene hay-knitting twine
• Application: Used for strapping large cylindrical rolls and rectangular bales of hay or straw. The twine is resistant to harsh friction in the knotters of imported and domestic balers, does not come loose during transportation and does not collapse in the sun.
5. Drip tape
Polymer irrigation tapes with integrated emitters (droppers) for the organization of point root irrigation systems in fields and greenhouses. It allows minimizing water consumption and spot-feeding dissolved fertilizers to plant roots.
