Description
Zhaya is a smoked and cooked meat product made from horse meat with a carefully selected blend of spices and seasonings. A traditional Kazakh meat delicacy characterized by a rich meaty taste and a pleasant aroma of spices. Suitable for serving as a standalone appetizer or as part of a cold meat platter.
