Description

Boiler Tubes are designed for use in steam boilers, turbine pipelines, and piping systems operating under high and сверхcritical temperature and pressure conditions. The products are used in power generation, oil refining, chemical, gas, and nuclear industries.

The tubes are manufactured using hot-deformed seamless technology from steel grades 20, 15GS, and 12Cr1MoV. The seamless construction provides resistance to high temperatures, internal pressure, and long-term operating loads. Steel grade 12Cr1MoV offers enhanced heat resistance for applications involving intensive thermal exposure.

The products are manufactured in accordance with TU 14-3R-55-2001. Pipe diameters range from 60 mm to 273 mm, wall thickness from 4 mm to 25 mm, and length from 8 to 12 m.
