Grinding Steel Balls

Grinding Steel Balls are designed for grinding ore, coal, clinker, and other hard materials in ball mills. The products are widely used by mining and processing plants, thermal power stations, and industrial enterprises requiring efficient material grinding.

The balls are manufactured by hot rolling in helical groove rolls in accordance with ST TOO 070140004107-003 standard. The production technology provides high strength, wear resistance, and stable geometric parameters under intensive impact and abrasive operating conditions.

The products are manufactured in diameters of 40, 60, 80, and 100 mm and are classified into normal, increased, high, and extra-high hardness groups. Balls with standardized hardness throughout the cross-section ensure uniform performance characteristics across the entire structure of the product.
