Pipe Couplings

Couplings are designed for connecting tubing and casing pipes, providing tightness, strength, and reliable performance under high loads and pressure conditions. The products are manufactured for NKT, NKV, NU, EU, OTTM, Buttress, LC, SC, and OTTG threaded connections.

The couplings are produced from high-quality steel with strength grades ranging from “D” to “R” according to GOST standards, or from H40 to Q125 according to API Spec 5CT. Seamless hot-rolled tubes are used in production, while machining is performed on high-precision equipment.

Each coupling undergoes multi-stage quality control, including visual and dimensional inspection, ultrasonic testing, and magnetic particle inspection of the thread. To improve corrosion resistance and extend service life, thermodiffusion zinc or zinc-phosphate coating is applied.
