Polypropylene pipes for water supply
Description
A polypropylene pipe for cold water is a plastic single-layer pipe designed for drinking and industrial water supply systems with temperatures up to +45°C.Working pressure (PN): For cold water, PN10 (up to 10 bar) or PN16 (up to 16 bar) pipes are most commonly used, providing the necessary safety margin.Durability: The service life is over 50 years under correct operating conditions, as the material is resistant to corrosion, decay, and rust.Material and safety: Made of polypropylene random copolymer (PP-R), which is environmentally safe, does not alter water taste, and is chemically resistant.Smooth inner surface: Provides low hydraulic resistance and prevents the formation of lime scale deposits inside the pipe.Installation method: Connected by diffusion welding (socket fusion), which guarantees absolute tightness (homogeneity) of the joint.
