Description
Talkan from IP Irkinalinova (produced in the Vanilla confectionery chain in Aktobe) is a roasted and finely ground grain of millet that has preserved national recipes. The traditional product is sold both in its pure form (for example, in tubes and zip packages starting from 750 ₸), and as an ingredient for modern desserts and pastries.
