Premium wheat flour is finely milled flour produced from selected soft wheat. It has a white or creamy color and a neutral taste. The product contains 10–12% protein, moisture up to 14%, and ash content of 0.55–0.65%. Packaging is available in 25 kg and 50 kg bags, with bulk big-bag options for industrial supply. It is used for bread baking, confectionery, and pasta production.
