Description

Granum baking flour (Kazakhstan) is a high-quality wheat flour (extra, premium, or first grade), enriched with vitamins and minerals (fortified). It provides excellent elasticity, a soft texture, and a white/yellowish tint, making it ideal for baking bread, pastries, pancakes, pizza, and pastries. Grade 1 Granum flour is ideal for non-sweet baked goods, such as bread, pies, pancakes, pizza, and traditional noodles. Finished products made with grade 1 flour go stale more slowly. It is enriched with the vitamin and mineral premix ELCOvit 28190.
